We have a vacation home at Cape Cod, built in 1979. The large, 30 year old pine deck finally needed replacing. We enjoyed the original deck design, and wanted to closely match that, using Pressure Treated lumber for the replacement. We had previous GREAT experience with Sean on previous work he did for replacement Andersen windows on the same house. And we originally found Sean from our electrician, his Dad!

We asked Sean to do this as a "fill in" project, using his available time between other jobs, since we would not be there or be concerned with a timeline. This worked out wonderfully for both parties. Even though we weren't there at all to oversee, Sean kept in contact with us on progress, and to handle any questions that came up. We also had neighbors communicate with us as to how excited they were to see the new deck in progress, but also to report how unbelievable CLEAN that Sean left the workspace each day.
